My first reactions

I have just started chapter 2 in Simple Plan: The official story and I thought I'd share what I think about the book for every chapter and section that I read.

Simple Plan warmly thanks:
I always get a bit emotional when I read their thank you notes. Especially to their families and to the fans. The fact that they call us SP Family makes me tear up. For the first time in my life, I feel like I belong somewhere. And that's with Simple Plan.
I've been an Astronaut since March 2005. And I will be a member of this family until the day I die. Simple Plan makes my life complete, I wouldn't be here without them. That's why I get so emotional by "thank you fans".

Forewords:
It was so amazing to read what Patrick thought. He is, and always will be, the sixth member of Simple Plan. He's their guy, he's Pat. He had so many nice things to say.

Introduction:
This made me cry, it was so amazing to read. To read about the humanitarian award was so... no one deserves it as much as Simple Plan does. Simple Plan saves lives with help of their music. The fact that they created a foundation was just... logical. And this is what they got because of that. I've met these guys. And I know that they truly care about young people in need of help. I know, I've seen it in their eyes.

Chapter 1, back to the beginning:
I was so fucking emotional during this chapter. It was just... "omg, I love these guys so much!". Like everyone else, I knew about Reset. But I had no idea about Roach. Not a damn clue. I loved to read how determined Chuck was, already at that age, to learn and improve and be great. He was already so passionate about the band. And how Pierre's described as talented, that everything came natural to him... It's just so fucking perfect. Jean-Sébastien is also really cool to read about. I knew he existed, but never payed much attention to him since he's out of the picture.

I felt so bad for the guys when they couldn't keep the name Roach, and had to change to Reset. I like the meaning of the name, that it was a new start. It's so amazing to me that they managed to get so famous and get fans at such young age. If you compare them to One Direction - they weren't spoon fed with success. They did it by themselves. Of course, they had help, but not like One Direction.

The fight between Chuck and Pierre was horrible to read about... it made me think all "what if they hadn't made up? Would Simple Plan still be if they hadn't? Would I still be here?"
I'm so fucking grateful that Chuck left law school to start Simple Plan with Jeff. And I'm so fucking happy that Jeff was willing to start Simple Plan - since he was more into classical music. If I didn't already know that Jeff loves that kind of music - I would have died of chock reading that. But this is what chocked me: that he was friends and lived together with Jay Lefebvre. Seb's brother.

I also loved how Chuck and Pierre made up again. Over dinner... so cute. I already knew it would happen, but I was so goddamn happy when Pierre left Reset to join Simple Plan. And it was so awesome when Seb was approved to join Simple Plan. So fun how he's described as a little kid. And thank God that he cut his hair!
And as I also already knew, David would leave Reset to join Simple Plan. I felt a little bad for the Reset members that they lost two guys to Simple Plan. But I also laughed my ass off.

Pierre Bouvier:
I teared up. I cried. It was... amazing to read all that. The words about his daughter... They weren't many, but I felt the love in them.

Time to start chapter two, no pads...

My Simple Plan: The official story - story

Hello world, despite the fact it's "Let's hate Em"- day, I'm a happy girl. Because who gives a fuck when you have Simple Plan: The official story?!

That's right, my book arrived this morning! It says shipping is 4-8 weeks so I was expecting this book around Christmas. So, I was very surprised when I got the book this morning.
I forgot to set my alarm last night, so I woke up at 7am instead of 6:20, but that's okay. I was woken up by a loooong and haaaard knock and the door and I was really pissed off. Behind the door was a man, holding a package. And he said "I need your signature, I have a delivery". So, I had no idea what it was until I looked at it (I had been awake for 30 seconds and everything was so bright), it took a while to process but "Chapters Indigo" and "Canada" could only be one thing.

I brought this big, heavy book to school so I could read it during the break. I did my Economics homework (damn macroeconomics) in English class, now I'm in Economics class, blogging and playing games. I have a break until 2pm however, and that's BOOK TIME.

the official story

I learned how to read when I was 3 years old, my dad has been reading for me ever since I was born and we started reading books together. I've been a Simple Plan fan since I was 11 years old. I've been fighting and living my life alone ever since. Writing, reading and Simple Plan makes my life complete.

Chilling in class

Chilling in history class, always amazing. I've been sending about 10 e-mails this morning to different book publishers, I hope this will come true, this project of mine :)

Not many plans for today, I have an Economics class after this, then lunch and then it's time to listen to some more Swedish speeches. Then it's time for a driving class.

Peace

If I could dream, I would dream of you

Since I'm a no-lifer with no friends or sense of a life whatsoever, I spent this Saturday like I always do. With Sims 3, books, homework and food.

The only homework I can't finish for some reason is the history essay. I never know how to express myself because the teachers are evil dictators that verbally hurt their students... I'm kinda scared of doing something wrong. This time I'm REALLY fucking scared.

Anyway, I just finished Twilight for the millionth time. I love The Twilight Saga and can't believe it's over... It doesn't feel like when Harry Potter ended but it's still so, so sad... However, I don't think the writing is the best.... it's kinda plain and sometimes falls flat, but the plot is amazing and that's why I love it. There's a real story, and that's why I love it.

By the way, the Swedish title of the book is Om jag kunde drömma, which means "If I could dream" and it's so amazing when Edward tells Bella "If I could dream, I would dream of you", something he says when they're sitting in Bella's room and Bella finds out that Edward heard her saying his name in her sleep.

SimplePlanTheOfficialStory

I want to dedicate a minute to Simple Plan before I go to bed. It's 10:34pm, I wanted to sleep an hour ago, but I want to do this even more.

Simple Plan is the band that saved my life, I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for them. They saved my life, and they know it.
Their book is coming out on November 22, seems like so far I'll have two copies of it, motherfucking amazing.

We managed to trend SimplePlanTheOfficialStory on Twitter for a few minutes. Now twitter crashed, it might be because of us... Sorry, not sorry! :)

And yes, I'm on the first picture.

This day is chill

I am gonna continue reading Twilight, then it's time for some cozy movie with mom and my sister.
Then, I am gonna scare the shit out myself by watching some horror movies, stay up way too long and fall asleep at the dentists office tomorrow.

Will she kill me? Yes.

Peace

Why don't you get sick on your break?

Yooo, it's 3pm this Monday and to me it's still morning since I woke up around noon.
We're having a break this week so I did what I promised my mum, "don't stay up too late". 2:30 is not late in my world.

I went to IKEA yesterday to buy some new furniture, I ended up with three new bookshelves so I've been arranging them the entire day. While watching One Tree Hill. Why haven't anyone told me how great it is?! Okay I kinda like it when I could watch it every now and then a few years ago... And since my friend has all the seasons on DVD I assume they're awesome.

IT'S SO FUCKING AWESOME. I'm so happy we're on a break so I can skip studying and just watch TV shows and ignore the world. Okay, time to get back to the drama, finish my coffee and then think of what to do. I think I'm gonna re-do this blog a little... And my All Time Low blog.
I started this new project, you should totally check it out: music stuff

Peace

The official story

I'm currently in school, since we have a break next week I had to come pick up some stuff. Got a math test I can do at home, gotta get my book for Swedish and English.
Also, I am a quitter, I am a weak person. So I decided to switch from Maths Standard level to Maths Studies. And from Physics Standard level to Biology Standard level.

Why am I doing this? Because maths and physics are driving me INSANE. I don't understand anything that we're currently doing or what we have been doing. I just want to cry every time I open any of these books. And also, since I want to study within the social sciences at either Oxford or Cambridge, I will need at least 38 points and that's hard to score. I need things to be as easy as possible.

I have all the signatures from my teachers and the guidance and she approved my switches. Now I just need the signature from the IB Coordinator, which can take a while... He's in lunch and he needs 1h lunch so I guess I have to wait for a while.

In the mean time, I'm planning a little surprise for my Simple Plan Blog. It's turning 2 years old on November 17, so I'm really excited about this. And I hope people will be excited about the price. I would really love it!

Also, I bought a book this morning. It's Simple Plan's new book called Simple Plan: The official story and I'm so excited for this!
